Subprocessors

These are the third parties that may process personal information on our behalf when you use WhenPick. Several of them are only involved if you or your host switch on the integration concerned, and those are marked below. This page is referenced by our Privacy Policy.

Destinations you configure yourself
Hosts can set up outbound webhooks that post booking and response data to any URL they choose. Those destinations are not our subprocessors. We do not select them, vet them or have any relationship with them. Once data reaches a URL you configured, it is your responsibility.
